Dilled Carrots and Green Beans

I found this recipe in Healthy Cooking Magazine.  It's great as a side or you can cool it off in the fridge and eat it as a snack throughout the day.  If you don't like the taste of dill, I'd advise you to use a different type of seasoning.  Enjoy!

Dilled Carrots and Green Beans:

Ingredients
3/4 cup of water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill weed
4 medium carrots, julienned
1/2 lb fresh green beans
1/4 cup reduced fat italian salad dressing

In a small saucepan, bring the water, sugar, salt and dill to a boil.  Add carrots and beans.  Cook, uncovered for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp- tender.

Drizzle with dressing to coat.
